We’ve been playing around with Facebook for a while trying to figure out what works and what doesn’t with this growing application platform. I’m alway amazed at the growing number of applications that seem to sprout up out of nowhere. We decided to jump into the Facebook ocean by creating an application that was directly related to one of our core verticals and that added some benefit for our customers. So, we created the Total Fashionista application. Would you believe I came up with the name myself. Anyway, I really like the way the application has been put together and functions. Basically the Total Fashionista app lets you send cool trendy fashion items to their friends and add them to their collection. The products are all sourced from the web’s hottest retailers including Shopkitson.com, CoutureCandy.com, FashionChateau.com and more. For the launch of the application we have partnered with Shopkitson.com for the Christmas 2007 season. We are also having a contest that will provide one lucky Facebook user with a $1000 shopping spree on Shopkitson.com. So don’t miss out!
