Loading ...Things are really starting to take shape now. Komivi, one of our developers at Sentias, has finished TourismCompanies.com and it looks great. I wanted the site to be a clearing house for all the members of the Booking Server and I think it will add a lot of value to the membership as well as attract a lot of user traffic. The purpose of the site is two fold; firstly it lists all the companies who are members of the Booking Server. Secondly it provides a link through to member Booking Server websites. Although the kids had an excellent time, the organization and execution of the activities was definitely lack lustre. Over the years I have learned that being an effective leader, especially when dealing with young people, means giving others the opportunity to take charge and fail in a safe environment. We are presented with so many opportunities to give others the chance to lead, take responsibility, and succeed or fail on their own terms.
